Designed without boundaries.
Complete wet room renovation and installation, supported by considered design, carefully planned drainage and beautifully resolved finishes.
A bathroom with fewer visual boundaries.
A successful wet room begins with the installation. Before decorative finishes are considered, the existing room, floor construction, drainage, waterproofing and plumbing all need to be properly understood.
Foxwood carries out the principal renovation work from stripping out the existing bathroom and preparing the room through plumbing alterations, drainage, waterproofing, carpentry, tiling, fitting, decorating and finishing. Trusted specialist electrical trades are coordinated by us where required.
The aim is not simply to remove a shower tray. It is to create a room that looks beautifully simple because the technical work beneath the finished surface has been properly resolved.
Fewer elements. Better decisions.
A wet room does not need to feel minimal or anonymous. Pattern, texture and carefully selected fittings can give the room character while preserving the openness that makes wet room design so appealing.
Space should feel open, not exposed.
The strongest wet rooms create openness without sacrificing comfort or privacy.
Glass, walls, niches, lighting and sightlines all need to work together. A well designed room should feel generous when you enter it and considered from every angle.
The simplicity is deliberate. Fewer visible elements mean each proportion, junction and material choice matters more.
The luxury is in what you do not see.
Wet room installation is at the heart of what we do. A beautiful finished room depends on the construction beneath the visible surface.
Falls, drainage, waterproofing, substrate preparation and junction detailing all need to be resolved correctly before tiling begins. The floor must direct water towards the drain and the waterproofing needs to remain continuous through corners, penetrations and transitions.
For Foxwood, the technical work is not separate from the finished design. It is what allows the room to feel simple, reliable and properly built for the way it will be used every day.
Let the surfaces do the work.
Wet rooms work particularly well when the material palette is quiet and continuous. Large format porcelain, natural stone, carefully selected tiles and restrained grout lines can make the room feel more architectural and less divided into separate zones.
Simple rooms require precise decisions.
The apparent simplicity of a wet room places more importance on the details. Drainage, glass positioning, shower controls, niches, lighting, ventilation and floor finishes all need to be resolved carefully so the room works practically while remaining visually calm. The existing floor construction also influences how the wet area can be formed.
